This painting is a call to action; the brown skinned, round-featured femme embodies a voice calling for reflection and trust of ourselves as a community. Life is a dance with many songs and art matters, so go. Do the thing, together.

origin of original piece :

a pandemic baby of sorts, she was born out of the isolation and so her colors blossomed out of the grey times. originally painted on cardboard with spray paint and acrylic, bathed in the sun of summer 2020/21.
